New Rig-Ready for OFF3!

There was really nothing wrong with my old rig but I got the urge.
The new system under construction is;
CPU I7 965EE H20 Cooled
MB Asus RE2
VC 2x280 EVGA GTX SC H20 cooled
HDD's 2 WD VR 300 RAID 0 and 2 WD Black 1TB in RAID 1
PSU Silverstone ZM 1200w
TJ07 Case with HDD cooler
H20 Cooling by Aqua w/ Dual Loops and Dual 360 RAD's

Phase 2 was outstanding in the old system especially after adding TRACKIR.
However, this should be mind boggling as I purchased a Samsung 30" monitor so now I will be in 2560x1600 as opposed to 1900x1200.
This should be wild! Maybe I will put a fan on my desk.
 
Might as well go completely nuts and buy yourself a new mousepad while you're at it.

Hey sounds great to me. I think what you need tho is to have a castor oil spritzer behind that fan blowing at you..... and you're there....in the air.... on my 6 and squeezing the trigger....ooops....outta ammo. Get your revenge and live well.
 
Compared to water though, oil doesn't trnsfer heat quite as well as H2o, or alchohol for that matter. In hvac systems, too much oil in the system will inhibit the transfer of heat from the refrigerant to the condensor core and fins. Which results in unhappy customers.

The castor oil is not going to happen! It would screw up my TRACKIR, unless I get some oversized goggles! What would I do with my cigar hand?

And I remember the day when I thought that getting 8 Mb of RAM would set me up for life. With 8 Mb I'd be thoroughly future-proofed....

Oh, the arrogance of middle age.....
