I can tell you how it will be....
because the damageprofiles are done by Daiwiletti
This means, and I don't like to say
you probably get blown out of the sky anyway.......

MUCH THANKS

I am not entirely sure but I believe he was involved in the battle of North Cape and he got the Actic convoy medal from the Russians. He then went to the Med and ended up in the far east participating in the bombardment of Balikapan. He also served on the Rother and Orwell. He was only an AB and didnt like to talk about his experiences to us.

Reading this it must have been the Orwell your father was on during the Battle of North Cape (destruction of the Scharnhorst): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_North_Cape

The Orwell spent the rest of the war in Northern Atlantic waters: http://www.naval-history.net/xGM-Chrono-10DD-47O-Orwell.htm

In 1945 HMS Rother was in the Pacific, but could not find much info on that ship, except she's mentioned in this article about Christmas Island: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christmas_Island

Nubian spent the years between mid 1940 and the end of 1943 in the MTO with an occasional trip to India for repairs. At the end of 1943 Nubian was sent back to the UK for refit and spent 1944 detached to the Home Fleet. Went via the MTO to the Pacific early 1945: http://www.naval-history.net/xGM-Chrono-10DD-34Tribal-Nubian.htm

Thank you for that info. I have some of his war photo's but I dont know the stories behind them. I think he and 2 other brothers joined the navy because it offered an opportunity to avenge their eldest brother who died at Dunkirk. He saw the most action as the others were on big ships. I remember him telling me that they all caught up with each other in Alexandria just once during the entire war.

This is a good forum to ask any question regarding (Royal) Navy matters: http://www.worldnavalships.com/forums/index.php

Reading the threads these people are more than helpful in a lot of ways

Hi Josh

As far as I know no new missions containing these ships have been made. In the xdp files spawning is allowed, but I've added/changed EnteredService date and LeftService date...so in theory only the ships set for a certain period will spawn in missions from that period (so a ship in 1945 scheme will not spawn in a BoB missions)
