New STOL?

Has anyone seen this yet? I was wondering if the performance is anything close to the real thing or if anyone had any other opinions. I'm downloading it now and will do a little flight testing tomorrow to check frames and such, but I have no clue as to evaluating performance.

Am downloading it now. I have used the Arava 201 by [SIZE=-1]Eduardo Fadul and found it to be a nice smaller hauler. Will give this new version a try.

I just took a look at the screenshots included in the archive, and the virtual cockpit seems quite detailled. The textures are terrible but perhaps one of the talented repainters here can give this model a chance ?
