what are the best enhancements (or, more properly replacements) available for the
1) default scenery
2) default aircraft
3) environment textures

and where can I find missons and aircraft for the:
BOB
PTO
CBI
North Africa
Mediterranean
Australia
?

Finally, what bug fixes, patches, and tweaks are there to apply to get the game working in top form?

Kind of a long list, I know, but surely you must agree that plain-vanilla-default CFS3 could use some improvement, to put it politely...
