newbie to pacific fighters questions

hey all , thanks for your time and help right away and im glad theres a community dedicated to such awesomeness.
i have 2 questions concerning pacific fighters hope im not just dumb or something.
1) i cant use some of the planes i know are there (b17's etc.) do i unlock these as i progress?
2) is there a way to fix the chase view to my aircraft so it doesnt just follow the horizon? hope that makes sense.

any help is greatly appreciated. Also i have a bunch of great photos from the eaa airshow in oshkosh i will post soon.
 
i am sorry to say this, it will only hurt a bit. GET IL-2 1946, there, done. those plains can only be flown with mods from http://www.allaircraftarcade.com/forum/, and those only work if you hve il-2 1946.

also, by pressing one of the highter "f-whatevers" (i am not shore wich, i think its one of the ones f-5 through f-8, i will check)
