Looks great, Ed !

If I remember, correctly, this is Blue Ridge Mountains area.

Lots of little GA Airports here - Lee (OVG), Grundy (GDY), Mtn. Empire (MKJ), Tazewell (JFZ), Lonesome Pine (LNP), etc,...including, of course, Blue Ridge (MTV) ..... no, not the music channel. :friendly_wink:

Ed, Yet another to look forward to! Always happy to see when you post the next airport you're working on. Somehow you kinda bring them to life. Enjoy all the past projects, and look forward to any and all future. Thanks for all your contributions, Doc

Looks fantastic, Ed !

I think the 'one more model' is probably the fuel station next to the large Twin County Aviation hangar ?
Looking forward to this one. :adoration:

You would be correct. I had to completely rework the Fuel Pit due to an odd behavior in Instant Scenery3. When I placed the tanks, guard posts and sign (each were individual objects) they looked perfect, however when I would go back later to do more work those items had all shifted to the left. If I loaded IS3 back in again everything went back to where it should be. . . .+:banghead::banghead:. Finally I gave up, went back to sketchup and made a complete Fuel Pit with everything part of one model. I still have the wooden shack that sits to the left of the Shell sign and then it's complete.

Beautiful Work Ed! It justs keep getting better. I am starting a new airport in West Virginia as soon as I wind up the Spartan Executive project. I was going to start it and then the Spartan sidetracked me. Looking forward to more of your work at this one. Keep it up.

Hillsville? Tain't nothing there except produce markets. There surly not flying those cantaloupes in are they. Folks when you drive into these places you'll see a man with a big woman [usually First Cousins and spouse both} The big woman spitting tobacco out the passenger side window of a truck spray painted farm use with a dog box in the back treeing every attendant at the McDonald's drive thru when they wiff a Big Mac.

I finally got my sound system replaced yesterday, and now back up and running, ..... for the time being.

Just wondering if there is an update re this wonderful scenery ?

Thank-you, Ed. :adoration:
