Niagara Falls from a Quad-Copter camera

I've been to the falls twice (Canadian side) and those shots are simply stunning.

I'm surprised he didn't run into legal issues though as the sightseeing chopper rides buzz around there too and you wouldn't want a mid-air collision between a real chopper and a RC one! :pop4::isadizzy:

Good point. I would hope he coordinated with ATC and/or the sightseers themselves.

Pardon me for taking so long to answer, but we've had some flooding here. Water was ankle deep in my basement, and I'm still getting a grounding fault warning on my good power strip, so I'm writing now from the Lasalle Public library.

As to any coordination with ATC, I wouldn't know. You could try going to the film poster's thread page on YouTube; someone may have already asked this question, or failing that, you could ask him yourself in the comments listing. There is constant traffic over the Falls from sightseeing choppers. Little Birds are always taking off from a helipad next to what used to be Howard Johnson's restaurant, but is now a trading post. I have the Aerosoft Niagara Falls/Buffalo scenery for FSX, an it's a giant step up from the stock, but one of the things they miss is all the helicopter traffic over the Falls itself. There should also be constant C-130 traffic coming and going round the clock from the airbase in Town of Niagara.
