No 2D panel

All of a sudden I can't display any 2D panel windows. 3D works okay, but sometimes I like to use 2D. In the middle of a flight I tried to switch back to 2D and no window. Anybody got any ideas what happened? Help!!!

When you are in the 2d mode, try hitting the "W" key. It could have gotten hit accdentally and turned it off.

Oh what a stupid I am. Panel transparency was set to max...so no panels. I never use it, in fact I forgot all about it. Don't know how I changed it by mistake. However, now that I see it, I may start using it more.
