A new panel.cfg file for Chris Herring's Northrop Alpha. It makes the gauges on the VC panel round, and on both the VC and 2D panels it rearranges the instruments to eliminate duplicates and put the primary flight instruments up in the pilot's view. This panel file uses all the same instruments as the original, except that I've substituted a clock for one of the duplicated engine instruments.
