Part of the reason is because it's at dawn and the other reason is my video card.When in full sunlight the water is more blue.

Checkout the GeForce GTX 280's, these have really come down in price and the FPM's in CFS3 are in the stratosphere.

I did a few tweaks and the water looks blue now.

The scenery is actually stock CF3 scenery.We found a place that we thought would look good for Norway Fjords and Harbors.
