Is Aussiex down?

I can't get there.

I am aware of an error causing the navigation bar to be rendered useless, I am trying frantically to get it fixed, the error message is saying to run the support tool but that does nothing, if anything it makes it worse, please have patience while I work on this, thank you and I apologize for the inconvenience
