O/T Your favourite pub...

This is my all-time favourite - The Old Malt Scoop in Lapford, Devon, just up the road from Crediton. The old (a while ago) landlord served the most delicious pint of Cotleigh 6X, and the regulars were a great crowd - a mixture of quiet bikers, Royal Marine Reserves, and us from up the road. Great place, with low beams, stone floor, ancient tables and everything that's best about the quintessential country pub.

I remember a small pub somewhere in Scotland, close to a loch, what a good 'souvenir' there!

Otherwise, the Waxy O'Connor in London. Too long to explain why but I'll never forget it, one of the best moment of my student life!

Possibly, I used to get about a bit in my younger days, the trouble is I can't remember some of those evenings...
