Obstruction lights

I seem to remember a modified effect file that made the red beacons on obstructions (Antennas etc.) much brighter and let you see them further out than a couple hundred yards. Anyone have this lying around or can help me out with a link?

From what I can see in the Flightsim library, the FS9 version should still be good to go in FSX.
