OFF phase2 on win7/32

I am posting on this site because I can't find any help on the CombatAce site.

I am trying to install OFF phase2 on win7/32.The installer runs fine but when I go to the exe the screen resolution changes to 1024X768 and I get a Vids:IV50 not found message.Then the installer stops there. Any idea how to get it running?
 
Hello Gosd,

I suppose you need to install indeo video codecs.
I think you can easily find them on many internet sites.
