OFF Slowing down after multiple missions...?

Has anyone else encountered this? After, say, 5 or 6 missions the FPS begins to slow down on each successive mission? If I exit, reboot and restart the game, all is well...

By the way the new patch has signifcantly increased my FPS, well done!
