Well, kinda wrong place to ask that (CFS3 is WWII) but have a look over at Combat Ace forum, there is a good thread there right now: http://forum.combatace.com/topic/51438-that-other-ww1-flight-sim/
I find it odd that so many people ignore the 3rdwire project "First Eagles" as a viable WWI sim, perhaps because online play is hamstrung, but the AI is second to none if one installs Peter01's flight models. Out of the box FE is an ugly duckling but there is so much community support and flexibility and moddability in the engine...

I have OFF But I do not have Rise of Flight so I could not say but what I have seen of Rise of Flight thy crash really nice! LOL
Like others have sayed to be online to play not for me.

THE AI in FE is effective. They try very hard to kill you, and with some of the visual add-ons - new scenery tiles being one of the most essential! - it's visually not bad either. I enjoy it. I find that in OFF the modelling has a very slight edge, but in OFF Ch2, the AI was CFS hopeless... I don't know about BHH. I have no idea though about Rise of Flight.
