I'd love one of those! I bet the mileage is excellent! And at least marginally safer than my scooter for commuting.

Got driven round by a neighour, who got one new (when I was a child) - for a kid it's fun, but they are pretty small; feels like in the cabin of a Bf 109.
In Germany, we called them "road hole searchers", cause the holes the front wheels missed, were hit by the rear ones. Nice memory though. Olham

I, too had a neighbor w/one in '62, I was only 6, but, he would we would cruise in Orange County, CA, for a week on a tank of gas... Wonderful memories!

The problem with one of those, is you'll probably move into next lane, when you get passed by a Tractor Trailer at 70mph.

And I'd hate to get hit by an old lady in a Buick, straining to get a good look.

That's why I removed a Bumper Sticker from the rear of my tiny Mazda commuter. . . Too many idiots, pulling right up on my butt at 60mph, to read the dang bumper sticker :ernae:

Remember in England as a 6 y/o

Seeing many 3 wheeled vehicles. The milkman, yes, they used to deliver Milk to your door, had the 3 wheeled mini truck. I remember seeing one tipped over. Just get out and right it:costumes:

Morris Minor 1000

When I was in Scotland in the '70s I always loved the little Morris Minor 1000. They were so cool! My good friend I played music with had a little Woody, but I was partial to the coupe. They reminded me of a '40 Ford that someone washed in hot water!

"oh how quaint....a half timbered car!" As dame Edna Everage said

bloody morris travellers, just cos it's a classic doesn't make them great :costumes:
