OK- DVD not arrived. What happens now

By now i would have expected it to be here .

Thirteen working days since shipped.

What do I do now, e-mail OBD or Avangate or what?
 
Mine arrived just minutes ago. But I waited 12 BDs also. As I checked the poststamp, it was sent on January 21st, I placed my order on Jan. 16th.

Yesterday I mailed to avantage to check my order, and they replied just minutes later, that they will do.

So ask avantage.

Same here. Ordered on the 15th and still not arrived. Hopefully this post will tempt Providence :wave:
 
What imho is really annoying is the fact that it seems to take avangate 5 days from receiving the order, process it and send it and i think this is way too long.

I ordered mine on the 23rd (fri), they posted it on the 26th (mon), and it has the postmark. So it looks like the US postal system from California is to blame, at least in my case. Who would have thought it? California, third-world postal service. Malaysia does better (unexpected), so does Japan (wholly expected).
 
I ordered mine the first day it was available and received it 12 days later...don't panic yet...

If it is not there by the end of the week, then I would say something is definately up.
 
I ordered mine on the 15th and it is still not here yet. It says it was shipped on Jan. 16. I guess I'll wait until the end of the week to formally complain.

I don't mean to make you guys feel bad, but I ordered on the 30th of January, and it was in the mailbox on the 2nd of February. Ordered on Friday, in the box on Monday! Go figure..........

I'm afraid you both have fallen victim to the U.S. Postal System, they're a bunch of incompetant under performing Clods. There is no tracking number with 4th class mail ( which mine was )

For some reason I couldn't D/L Phase 2, even with a manager. Sooo Parky sent me a disc, six weeks later, still no joy. Sooo he sent me another one, but this one cost him $3 in Canada, I got it within a week. The original I got 4 months later.

I'm not trying to ruin your day, just giving you the facts

It might somehow make that pill easier to swallow :wavey:
 
Some information for the European folks.

P3 was shiped on Jan. 21st and arrieved today - so it took almost 2 weeks (to Germany).

I already mailed to avantgate and they offered to re-ship if I am not receiving it within 2 weeks - not necessary any more :applause:
