"Old Shaky"

Well, I will be doggone! We decided to take Old Shaky (Douglas C-124C) for some touring of Western Europe and check out the sights and make a few bucks. So far this is what we had done. Left Amsterdam EHAM for Stuttgart EDDS, (sorry I goofed, no pictures) after unloading at Stuttgart we continued onto Salzburg ( Hehe I did take some pictures) where we decided to do some R&R and check out the local sights before continuing on to who knows where.

Howdy all you folks at home.:wavey:

Heck, our time in LOWS, Salzburg was cut short by some kind of crisis at LSZH, Zurich. By the time we got back to the airport Old Shaky had been refueled and cargo had been loaded. Old shaky load master double checked all of the loading making sure all was correct while we were out having a good time. Our orders were fly to Zurich unload and reload cargo, and then continue on to Frankfurt. We figure that maybe we would be hauling some kin of secret poop, but, hehe, it turned out to be some big shot's household goods! I guess its all fair in love and war, but at least we will be getting paid! As usual the weather was questionable on take off, and it didn't get much better for most of the flight, but, alas, it was clear enough a LSZH for a visual landing.

As you can imagine there was a major screw up at Zurich and we were grounded for, gosh, who knows :kilroy:

:isadizzy:To make a long story short, everybody finally got in the same race, and we unloaded some cargo and loaded a heck of a lot more for EDDF Frankfurt. Something looked a little strange about the new cargo, ARM GUARDS, and four of those fella will be flying with us. Maybe we are hauling some big shots perious underware, hehe, or maybe her's. Hehe knowing the service it can't be, more than likely some secert equipment to keep an eye on our buddies to the east. Nice thing the weather looks good for the whole trip, glad to have it for a change.
