Yes, I am back again, as you see. Thanks for all the attention you have taken to my case, guys! Unfortunately real life does not allow me much time to devote to CFS2 but I still want to keep in touch with the developments (some of them really amazing, as dvslats new textures, the PHP project or the new language sound packages, to mention only three examples).
Regarding the connectivity, I unfortunately cannot switch to a fixed IP address as then my Internet connection fails (and the ISP helpdesk is not of much help, as they say that as I have not purchased the ADSL router to them I only can receive somekind of a limited service/responses), so I hope I can continue connecting as usual.

I am new to this site. I have Verizon anti virus. Not sure if that is good enough and also I do not know what a static IP is. I did have a problem after downloading three planes. Not on the day; however a couple of days later I could not boot the system "no operating system found". Not sure if that has anything to do with a virus.

What would be a good free product to scan my system. Not sure that Verizon is that good. I did have Norton at one time.

Thanks for the site. I am going to have to do alot of reading to figure out how to import everything the right way.

Is there another place to fight online using cfs2 now that microsoft has ended what was the most fun I ever had. cfs3 was not the same.

For your anti-virus question, just open up a new thread with that as the topic and you'll get plenty of help.
