ORBX Global trees HD

I don't have the HD trees mod, but from the thread over at AVsim, absolutely not compatible with REX Accuseason, or Bijan's seasons mod.

It's too bad in a way. I'ld love to see a compatibility patch so Accuseason, with it's many gradual changes, could work on the Orbx HD trees (it only
has four seasonal changes). And from the screen shots, the HD trees and grass textures appear better up close than the default. But I don't expect that
to happen, and this close to MSFS 2024, I'll stick with Accuseason for now.
