• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Oshkosh

This would be correct. Right after the parachute (Misty Blue's) drop, Dougy parked right in front of us. :isadizzy:
And the P-51C was parked at my 11:00. Almost right in front of us.

We were within spitting distance of each other then and didn't know it... :monkies:

I got back home to KY lastnight and am too tired to sort through my 700+ images at the moment.Here's a couple quick ones that I liked that didn't need much post processing.The first pic is Jack Roush and Captain "Sully" Sullenberger returning from an early morning P51 flight.

YAAaah HOOOooo, I can post pictures again!
Things are extra busy this week, but will try to post some of my more favorite shots in a new tread later.
These test shots are for Witt. :icon_lol:

@bluediamond

That F-15 shot is incredible!!! What kind of camera/lens were you using? Fighter jets are about the most difficult thing to get good pictures of.

Thanks for sharing your pics!

Tom, you know you can just upload them to photobucket or flickr right? :kilroy:

Thanks Kiwikat,
The camera is a Canon 50D and the lens is a Canon 100-400L.I don't own either,both were rented from borrowlenses.com.Next year I may rent an even bigger prime lens like a 500 or 600mm.Better start pumping iron now as those babies are beasts. :icon_lol:
