• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

John may be upset with me but, last week or so John told me he was going to the hospital for something. I have emailed him a few times since and he has not replied. That is pretty typical for him. He usually just sends me the best skins on the internet and not much for chit chat. Do not know much more than this but regardless if serious or not would be nice to think of him as you please.

He told me a couple of weeks ago he was going into hospital, but I didn't like to ask for details. I can only assume it's more time-consuming than I'd imagined... I do hope he's all right, and just taking a bit of a break. Skinning can be a very demanding task, like everything that goes into making a model.
 
No, Im not upset with Ted, I would have posted here, but it was all a bit of a panic and rush, and while I was laid up I had no internet access! I just managed to contact the guys who I was working with before I went in.
Without going into the ugly details, I got what turned out to be a very nasty kidney infection, it was quite serious, almost four weeks in hospital, and still recovering at home, not out of the woods yet, but making very good progress!

I was just about to ask if anyone had heard from you yet. Sounds a bit scary, glad your doing better. I hope your recovery goes smoothly, stay rested!
