OT - Fun To Watch

Need to get sound from inside closed cockpit; often the CFS3 sounds we hear IN the ac are actually ones one would hear outside.
 
Yes, I listened to the stock sounds again and they already sound somewhat like these exterior recordings do.
 
Rate of fire on the stock sounds is way too slow. I sped them up to the proper rate but it lost the punchiness you hear in this recording.
 
What I want to know is how they got the FAA to approve working machine guns on an airworthy aircraft.:tommygun2:

Awesome video!! I am wondering the same thing ??? I wonder if there are other warbirds out there like this.... :mixed-smiley-010:
 
sounds good.... for an outside ac sound; but I was thinking perhaps could be used for B17 etc., guns which had .5" and basically if one was playing as a gunner, one would hear similar to outside sound?
