    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

My Brother is in hospital. He was hit by a car while on his bike at collage. He has a broken neck and bleeding on the brain. Now in ICU...
 
If you don't mind, I'd like to say a prayer for him right now, for healing and recovery.
Your brother, and you and your family are all in my thoughts today.

After a good look at him they say no broken neck. He's awake. Doctors are poking at him. Let you all know as soon as I know.

i hope for the best allen...good news he hasnt gotten a broken neck...i wish him a speedy and full recovery
 
Our thoughts and prayers are with him and the whole family. I also hope they got the person that hit him.
 
I know vary little on how it happen but he is still the same, Awake and feeling sick. They were going to give him somthing to settle down his stomach. He's being move from the ER ICU and into a ICU room. After that they were going to scan his brain again to see how the bleeding is.

Mom called an told me that he was joking around some, still hurting alot. CT scan said that the brain bleeding has stopped. He's still on the ER floor. There was no room for him yet.

So we'll all see if he doing better tomorrow.

I am glad to hear that your brother is not as badly hurt as first thought and that the brain bleeding has stopped. That can be a very bad thing. Will continue to send prayers skyward for him.

Thoughts prayers and best wishes from the great white north! His youth will be a factor on his side and if he is already joking around already it means he has a good sense of humor which will help more than most folks think.

Today not much changed but they think there is blood clot on the back of his head. They were going to CT,MRI and Sonogram scan him, I don't know if it was done. It is a blood clot they can't give him any thing for it as it would bring back the brain bleeding.
