P-40D RAF 112 Squadron Duke

This 112 Squadron Kittyhawk I, AK578, belonged to F/O Neville Duke and appears as it did in late 1942. Duke became the top-scoring Allied pilot in the Mediterranean theater and after the war joined Hawker Aircraft as Chief Test Pilot. Repaint of Krzysztof Malinowski's P-40E (Ver 4) by Daniel Leahy using a template provided by Peter Haley.
