I've been looking for any skins for this bird but so far I'm UTL.
Anyone know if they exist? I just want to give it gainful employment in some other theatres.

The P-40K, with the short tail, was a relatively rare type. I don't know of nay re-paints for it.

Dan Leahy anf Farmboy had some mods for the KM 40 K. Go to the Aircraft\American\Skins and look for either and see what you want. I believe that there are others over at Simviation but not 100% certain on that. I do recall seeing some skins but would not want to misdirect you other than what I wrote.

but I think this ole bird is the wall flower of cfs2, I can find no new clothes for her anywhere on the net..I'll just keep her in the CBI and give the Emperor's boy's a headache as is.

Use the "M" model (P-40M V-3.mdl) instead.

Better .mdl, ...and the skins are interchangeable (short tail).

I used one of RobH's excellent recent skins for the "E" model, and viola!

And I know I know, it's still in the same theatre..and not quite historically correct but pretty close though...:ernae:
