Can anyone tell me exactly how much gas the P38 carried? IE two port and starbord tanks and drop tanks. I looked it up but didn't get a difinitive answer.

Hi Pj, Got this little section from a reprint of the training manual. Hope it's clear enough to read...:blind:

Do either of you know if you can edit a gas gague to read exactly what is in the tank? I have FS Panel studio but I can't seem to get what I want from it. Is there any other software out there?

"Accuratizing" Gauges...

I'm certainly NOT the best person to refer to on panels and accuracy, but perhaps installing and using 1% gauges would be a first step.

Search the S-O-H library for:

1_percent_gau.zip

and see if your fuel accounting improves, PJ. Meanwhile, perhaps one of our localExperts
will chime in with ideas ?
