P3Dv5.2 Cloud Display Problem

Looking for a little help, have run out of ideas short of a complete reinstall.
I updated to the latest version of P3Dv5 (uninstalled and reinstalled complete program, not components) and in non EA mode the sim will not display any clouds.
EA mode works as desired.
I have deleted the shaders, Prepar3D.cfg and VolumetricClouds.cfg and let the sim build new ones.

I use ASP3D, ASCA, Envtex and Envshade but did completely uninstall them to start fresh with the latest versions and the cloud problem showed up before reinstalling them.
I suspect something somewhere is corrupted but so far can’t find it.

Whether I run the sim on it’s own or with the above extras it will not display any clouds in non EA mode regardless of the weather scenario that is loaded.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, cheers!
