What Mike said.
It's stunning! :applause:

I'm glad that my Kiwi Harvard just cleared the paint shed - it's P-40N time now... :jump:

Cheers,
Markus.

Best rendition yet of that paint scheme!

The parrot isn't glowing and those exhaust stains are awesome.

Thank you one and all. Your kind words are very much appreciated.

This rendition of No. 17 should be up by late Saturday. Still trying to get the shading on that little wing root leading edge texture to better match the surrounding shading on THREE other textures that touch it! Whew!

Cheers,
Duckie

That is absolutely stunning. Almost makes me want to go back to FS9. I'm sure the P-40 must be payware.

Thanks stansdds. Actually it is the IRIS P-40 which was part of a "payware to freeware" release earlier this spring. A very nice model.

Awesome! Thanks so much Duckie !!! Mike :salute:

Thanks Duckie, great repaint! Huub

Beautifully executed weathering, Duckie.

Thanks, Thanks, and Thanks. I've really enjoyed doing these P-40s, and it's very gratifying that others enjoy them too! :salute: wavey:

Really brings the bird to life. Showpiece skin! any others planned?

Thanks and yes. Looking at the E's and F's for more possibilities.

This repaint really is a work of art Duckie, especially combined the the de-shined models that Markus did.

8 screenshots to share, forgive the jaggies, don't have the best graphics card on the current rig.

Again, thanks for this stunning repaint! Mike :ernae:

Hey Mike, thanks again for your kind words,, and thanks for sharing your screenshots. Seems that sometimes my screenies get the jaggies when posting here. They don't have the jaggies when I snap them but go all kadywhompus when posted!

Cheers,
Steve

Has any clever person managed to work out the coordinates for the landing light under the left hand wing for the shockwave lights?

Regards Paul Day.
