patch 3.1

Tant que j'y suis avec mes pbs..
Impossible d'installer le patch 3.1 venant du site microsoft--> code erreur 36,
j'ai essayé sur windows 7 et XP.. ca ne change rien
Où puis je trouver un patch qui fonctionne ?

ok merci, je vais essayer ailleurs que chez microsoft car chez moi il ne marche pas..

Hello jkenoe !

I read somewhere that the Ubisoft package is already patched with 3.1, but not the 3.1a.
So, the error is maybe due to that package.
The patch 3.1a doesn t work either ?
Game works, but when joing, you have a mismatch on all aircrafts, even recently upload ?

Hope someone have the good idea to solve

j ai lu qques part que le package Ubisoft est déjà patché 3.1 mais pas 3.1a
l erreur est peut etre due à ce package
le patch 3.1a ne marche pas non plus ?
CFS3 fonctionne, mais lorsque tu veux rejoindre une session, tous les avions sont incompatibles, même ceux ajoutés récemment ?

J espere que qqu un a la bonne solution

effectivement j'ai la version ubisoft, donc peut être pas besoin du patch microsoft qui m'empeche de démarrer cfs, de toute manière le patch est il indispensable ?

a pilot of our group has the same problem by the moment, but still unresolved. If you have any news ?

Its configuration is also ubisoft package on vista. He can t either install patch 3.1a.

So, CFS3 is playable standalone without the patch, but he cant join any multiplayer session.

Everything seems to work ok event if sometimes the screen freezes..
I did not try the multiplayer yet because lake of time for playing & DL add ons.. may be one day...

i got a "ubisoft" package and i tried it
i confirm it is already in 3.1 but not 3.1a
unfortunatly, the patch acupdate.exe dont work on this package
but i found the files in difference, so you can install them and get a compatible release to fly online with community.

Here is the special patch for ubisoft package.

Dont apply 3.1 M$ upgrade, this ubi is already in 3.1
Dont apply 3.1a M$ upgrade, it doesnt work

take the attached file,
put it in main CFS3 program files folder
rename with .exe extension (its an auto extract file as exe, zip extension is only there for upload purpose)
run
....

I tested on my computer, and it works fine ! i can join another CFS3 online game.

Hi,
This is odd as the Ubisoft version sold in Australia is patchable with the 3.1a, or it applies with no error message anyway. But I do not play online so I could be wrong.
