pausing in Duenna runs

is it legal for me--in this exercise-- to pause a duenna flight so I dont have to sit for 8 hrs in one go? Got family here, cant do it all at once. opinions sought.

fish-pirates antsy to get out of the galapagos....hmmm..wonder why?

I don't see a problem, pause it if you have to. Relatives are more important.
