...$14.97 or 50% off!!. I haven't tried any Area 51 offerings as yet, so I'll defer to all y'all experts here: Is this a good fsX buy?
 
I got loose from the FS 2004 forums but yes, I personally think it is a good buy. For me it was valuable at full price because the package includes both the FS 2004 and FSX package so for FSX at 50% off would be a no-brainer for me.
 
Leave it to me to just jump into another thread ithout checking the history first:sleep: Looks like the consensus is the Area 51 C-17 is a good deal at full price which makes it an outstanding buy at 1/2 price. Now I just need the patience to wait until next Tuesday to pickup another 10% off:applause:
 
Thanks for the heads up. I always wanted a C-17 in my fleet and now I do. I do have the pleasure of watching these huge aircraft doing touch and go's all day long and hear the rumble of the engines as they fly over my workplace. In fact last night was quite cool as I got off work and there was a low ceiling and the C-17 with its powerfull landing lights lit up the clouds as it broke through that bottom layer on final to Mcchord.

Last chance for the sale priced C-17 is today, but be warned, if ya venture over to PCAviator -- They just put up Area 51's C-5M Galaxy for over 50% off. Why not get a twofer:icon_lol:
 
Their C-5 really got some sub par reviews. It was their first venture into FSX and they are working on a newer, better variant. However, if you need one in your hangar, it would fit the bill.
