I don't remember seeing anyone else post this so I will. Produced by Steve Hess and Guy Diotte, it's an updated full version to the 2.0 that was uploaded to flightsim.com in December of 2010. It's no longer an active base, but it's a nice addition to the upper east coast if you fly that region.
