Phase 1 = pleasant surprise

I know we are all kicking our heels a little bit, eagerly awaiting phase 3, but i thought I'd mention about my going back to phase 1.

I lost phase 2 and then found i didn't have it backed up- though i had phase 1.

So I installed it and found i couldn't get QF to work. (However, by first flying a sortie in campaign, which did work, I can now fly in QF again.)

The thing is I find the AI opposition stays in the game longer and doesn't seem to fly in a series of stalls till it hits the deck, as I found in phase 2?

Maybe it's to do with the settings etc - this thing about less resources for graphics etc giving better AI?

Dunno, but I'll enjoy till phase 3 comes along?

I have Phase 1 on CD . . WHY? . Got Me . Seemed like a good idea then.
A lot of Performance, is related to the Hardware used. Then it ran on a Pentium 4, 2.3mhtz, 1gigRAM, 5700LE, 800 x 600 CRT 17"

Now Phase 1 would be in the Twilight Zone, with my Quad, 3gigRAM, 8800, 1680 x 1050 LCD 22"
