Phase 3 prop blur effect

I'm not getting any "spinning prop" effect from in the cockpit. External views yes, but nothing sitting in the cockpit looking straight forward.

Quite unlike CFS3 or ETO, have I got something set wrong? Sliders at 5,5,4,4,5,5
 
Thanks for the info. I must have missed that before. Sure would be nice to have this extra bit of visual realism. Too bad you can't do this.
