I'm trying to D/L Talon's PHP Vals and Kates but I keep getting the "404 not found" thing. Is there something wrong?

I ran into the same problem when I was looking for something in the "Warbirds Archives" on occasion I would get the same "404" thing so I would go to the "Warbirds Index" and look for the same item and if I found it the download would work fine!
