Plane doors

I have a problem with the aircraft doors.
They stay not more open.
the doors will close again equal.

I get a problem with passengers PAX
the passengers can not off the plane.
Who has a solution.

I have never had.
I use FSX on Vista.

Coola.... Are you saying that your aircraft doors will not open?

Is this with all planes?

And as a result of the doors being shut your passengers are stuck?

You're probably parking in a refuel box. There's a well known bug, that neither service pack for FSX has fixed, that if you park in a refuel box, the doors will open, then slam shut again.

Just as a test, try opening them on a runway, or well away from the refuel point (e.g. a bit of grass the other side of the airfield!) and see if they work there.

You are right the problem was in the refuel box.
It was not the pax passengers.

I was flying with the twin props and parked in
the fuel box.
The planes on the gate and on the ramp there was no problem
only the props on the fuel box.
