hi,,,what i mean is,ive installed a potload of planes..something i told myself i woulldnt do,but......well........now i want to just make them not show in the sim...can i use that mod where you change the panel.cfg to something else, which i cant remember..or is there another way of "turning them off" without removing them from the simobjects/airplanes ?

If you just rename the "panel" folder to something else, like "panelbak", it will prevent the aircraft from showing in FSX. In doing so, you can always easily go back and rename the folder back to what it was previously in order to have the aircraft show up again in FSX when you'd like.

I suspect if you rename the aircraft.cfg to something like "aircraft.bak" or similar, you'll accomplish what I believe you are intending to do. The panel suggestion above may accomplish the same.
