Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Playing with the WOP P-51H

In the absence of anything better I ported the WOP P-51H a while back and thought I might do some 2048 x 2048 textures for it. Clearly showing its age and the usual prop/canopy issues, it nevertheless is probably the -H best we'll ever see for FSX. Putting on some smarter clothes makes a difference though...!

I don't have any plans to publish these - the quality just isn't up to that of current offerings and I don't know if anyone else is bothering to use this in FSX. I've made no revisions to anything - it even still suffers the holes in the VC panel of the old WOP/WOPII Mustangs. Still, it looks OK and flies very well.

There is an FsX model to upgrade the A2A WWII fighters P51 to native I believe, but maybe you don't have that version?
