Possible for Zsolt to do for us????

outstanding!!!!! Anychnce of one without the national markings like in the images as they were bought by private owners?

Zsolt, your painting skills are superb. Considering the latest rage has been the Warbirdsim models (I'm not knocking them) I'm going to guess that is what your work is for also. I've always wanted to indulge in WBS products since FS9, but after extensive reading both on the WBS site and many forums, they are super hard to fly. Looking at the numerous pictures posted by John and many others, the level of detail is just amazing to imagine. Unfortunately, on this one, I'm the little boy that's seen outside the window looking in. Looking in with a big smile at a toy that's too sophisticated for me. John and Warbert have always gotten my attention anytime they post anything about their work due to the research to realism they incorporate into them. It's just fascinating to see.

In a flightsim world sense. I drive the Volkswagen Beetle that everyone always passes on the highway. Shift+E for me :icon_lol:

Keep up the great work Zsolt :guinness:

And you also Warbirdsim!

Very nice, Zsolt!

Don Hull was responsible for bringing back several Guatamalan P-51D's into the U.S. in the mid-70's, and "Connie" Edwards purchased them a few years later. I believe at one time Connie Edwards had something like five or six former FAG Mustangs in his posession (an amazing sight to see all in one location!). These airframes would go onto become the restored:

"It's About Time"
"Miss Marylin II"
"February"
"Happy Jack's Go Buggy"

The last Mustang still currently owned by Connie Edwards is the former FAG 315, which remains largely un-touched since original factory production (but with various modifications that took place while the aircraft was in Guatamalan service, engine changes, etc.). FAG 315 is seen here a few years ago in storage within Connie Edwards' hangar (it shares company with up to 10 former Spanish/Battle of Britain movie-star Buchons, including the unique two-seat Buchon, all simply sitting in storage). One of Edwards' facilities is litterally packed with numerous (10+) P-51D Mustang canopies, sets of wheels, engine mounts, Merlins, etc.
