Possible to do this?

Is there any way to make it easier to get back into FSX once you alt tab out of it? It takes me forever to get back in. For this reason, I like running in windowed mode, but full screen gives me better fps. Is there a tweak to help this problem?

I find the best thing is to go windowed mode first (Alt + Enter) then just drop it down to the taskbar whilst you do other things. Then to get back just reverse the previous action. It seems to recover much quicker that way.
