• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

-The IP address for the game.
-Type of game you're hosting.
-Use the words GAME ON! to announce a session.
Once the session is finished, please edit your post to announce GAME OFF!

Helpful Hints:
-Please keep the non-game related "chatter" posts to a minimum.
-For scheduling future games, post another thread with the time/date in the title to make the arrangements. Then post the session ON or OFF in this thread.

BTW for the hosts:
The time limit to go back and edit a post is 400 minutes.
If you've got a good long session going you might want to close & repost the game if it goes longer than 6-hours.

Headsets

Anyone got any good suggestions on a decent headset for teamspeak. I am looking at plantronics now. I guess any will do just don't want any problems.

I have a cheap logitech headset with fixed microphone on it but i think just about any headset will do.
For me the fixed mic was the only thing i really wanted so that at least your voice is always at the same level. mind you i've done years without, just an old mic that was from an old computer.
maybe connect to ts later and write the boys in the game your question, they 'll answer even if you cant speak

ill trade you my fart machine for that cheap logitech headset.
my machine works real good on ts.
the batteries last a long time
you get about 1000 farts when you use alkaline batt.
