Good morning,

B52bob approached me a few days ago and asked about creating a new section in the library. Since I was out of my element, I discussed it with some of the other staff, and the consensus was a resounding yes. So...you guys now have a Prepar 3D / P4D section in the Warbirds Library.

So, now I need you guys to comb through the FSX library and let me know what goes in it. As of right now, it is one general folder. Once we get it filled, I can sort and divide it into categories.

Enjoy!

P3D v4 library section

Rami has provided us a section for P3D downloads.

If you have files that work in P3D send them over to this new section. If compatible with V4, let us know that also.

Thanks

I'm hazarding a guess, that any FSX native aircraft that doesn't have a 32 bit .dll and/or .exe. That seems to be my experience so far. There is one massive list over at avsim.

Simviation also has a large P3D following and forum.

I have visited Lockheed-Martin's Prepar3D website. Looks interesting.

If it is combat flight ready I might be interested.

The majority of my paints were all made specifically for P3D 2+ and were never tested in FSX by me anyway! So they should all work. Maybe just the first few uploads were in FSX but those would be the oldest set of files...F8F, pitts s2S and F9F. But even these should still work in P3D....although the F8F has alpha issues between FSX and P3D.

Versions 2 and 3 are combat flight ready (not sure about V1) with the add-on program TacPac and TacPac ready aircraft. Version 4 of PD3 is waiting on at V4 version of TacPac. No word on when that might be ready.
