Prepar3D v.2.2 and MVG3D planes

I have been enjoying for years the great MVG3D planes in FSX. Now I have emigrated to Prepar3D v 2.2. All MVD3D multiengined planes including the new Alcione seem to work in P3D2, but when loading Macchis or Breda, P3D2 always crash. I fully understand they are not meant for P3D but the difference between single and multiengined planes is odd. All of them work in P3D1.

Has anybody succeeded in flying Folgrone, Veltro or Breda in P3D2? If yes, are there any tricks?

The only one I've attempted to try in V2.2 was the just released Alcione which has a few imperfections and I removed it. I would have to assume that the others, being later models would have possible coding problems that might cause the crash. Just a guess though.
