problem with accessing

I seem to be having a small problem when accessing the forum.
When I try using the cfs 3 discussion line in the Forum box on the opening screen it does not light up and I cannot access.In order to reach this forum I have to go through the Navigation heading. I dont get that with the other discussion lines.
I did not have this problem before I must have changed something any help would be appreciated.
