Problem with the Alert Sirene from wolficat Z

The cfs 3 sirene Addon only works in the sample mission!

Not in normal Quick Combat!

How I have to place it arround the airfields?

Do I need SDK??

Is it possible without missionbuilder?

I would be grateful for advice ....
