• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Problem with uploading Bombay repaint

I have the Bombay repaint ready to upload, but I tried to get permission from its maker, William Dickens, to upload my repaint and the email address he gives in his most recent files does not work--my emails do not reach him at all.

What does one do in cases like this?

What would SOH policy be here?

Any ideas?

I contacted Bismarck13 via Facebook, and gave him a link to your thread. We'll see how long it takes for him to respond.

Meanwhile, I looked for the Bombay at SOH and could not find it. You see, I want to give a link for this site in my Readme in the zip for the downloaders to get it from here.

Does SOH have it?

Go ahead and upload it. I used to write in the "readme" that I didn't care what you did with them once I uploaded them. It is nice that you asked and I am glad someone still finds the aircraft useful.

That link lists all of his uploads here at SOH, notice there are four pages. Did you go through them all?

By the way, all is aircraft are interesting to me, to many others, I suppose, and I will download all.

Yes, and between bismarck13 and Baldy, we have a lot of rare "gems" for CFS2. After I finish Mezzagosto, I have a long-dormant surprise from a good friend that I will be working on. He is one of the unheralded geniuses of CFS2, and his work deserves recognition.
