PTA tool + Reshade and my profiles (manual)

Hi,
here is manual how to install my profile for PTA + info.
The instructions are divided on few parts because on SOH we have a limit 4 pictures for the one post only.

I very like PTA tool for P3D but I hate HDR=On in P3D (it costs a few or more fps always for me). Check Shoprite Specials and Spar Specials. Shaders of PTA works with HDR=off in P3D but post process no so I decided to connect effects from PTA with ReShade 3 and with HDR=OFF in Prepar3Dv3.

A lot of time I sacrificed on shadres of water effects (btw. I use from Texture Direct "set 15 - dark").

Btw. I use REX Soft Clouds + Texture Direct, Active Sky 2016 (I advice here set up Visibility options > Maximum upper visibility = set 200) and ORBX products.

Manual (tested with P3Dv3.4, Reshade 3.0.7 and PTA 2.11 - in plus):

You need PTA Tool: http://1coder.ru/PTA/downloads.html (manual how to install is on PTA website) for shaders.
You need ReShade also: https://reshade.me/ for post processing effects.
Use NVidia Inspector + the last profile for better antialiasting in P3D: https://forums.geforce.com/default/...idia-inspector-settings/post/4951505/#4951505 .

My settings in P3D (the red lines are very important for this profile):

Download files

1/ Take the new PTA profile: https://www.sendspace.com/file/g913op and activate it in PTA/P3D ( "HDR_OFF_yoyo_PTA_2_11" file).
Install it as normal way for PTA profiles.

2/ ReShade profile: https://www.sendspace.com/file/wa77hx and activate it in Reshade ("P3Dv3_yoyo" file).
How to do this?

A. Install ReShade 3 https://reshade.me/
B. Install it (its easy, use only Dx10+ version, video tutorial: https://youtu.be/AmziSAz2B4M?t=2m57s (show the way to Prepar3D.exe in Your main simulator folder)
C. When the program will ask about download filters - click yes, uncheck all but take this (You don't need all filters, sometimes it's a case of CTD if You have unnecessary), so take only:

- AmbientLight
- Deband
- DPX
- LumaSharpen
- SMAA
- Tonemap
- Vignette

D. Put unziped profile ("P3Dv3_yoyo") to main folder of P3D .
E. Start P3D. You will see grey task (info) like this (its OK!):

F. Take flight and hit "Shift + F2" (You can change it for example for Shift + F9 in settings option for example) and load profile from the main P3D folder.
It must looks like this (example):

4/ Done! Enjoy new quality of P3D ;>.

a/ How to unistall ReShade profile? Just remove from P3D folder reshade-shaders and files P3Dv3_yoyo, dxgi, dxgi.dll
b/ You can setup On/Off Reshade effects in Settings (to see difference), I use Scroll Lock for this like it was in Sweet FX for example.

Thank you Yo-Yo! Very nice indeed! I also use PTA, especially for the long distance atmospheric effect.

You mention water. Are you referring to water diffuse colors or wave animation? I have also tried the TD water colors and found that they are too saturated so reverted back to the default P3D. Also for wave animations, there was a problem with wake effects not attaching to the water surface for water on perfect so also went back to the default P3D animation. Any input on these?

No, not REX textures direct but shaders of P3D (from PTA).

Update for P3Dv4.

Hi, bought P3Dv4 yesterday.
PTA is now payware addon so I did the new Reshade profile for v4 (HDR off in the simulator).
How to install? Like it was before (but ONLY reshade).

This profile works with HDR=on in the sim also. The result:
