PTO and Korea

my PTO is stuck. I can get the screen to come up but when I attempt to click of free flight, or intercept or any other missions no click and no action help. Also, I've lost my Korean construction set.
any idea where to download it? Thanks

Thanks, I'm back to Korea. Still having probs with PTO, but I'll figure it out
